The Ranch Kitchen used to be the restaurant that adjoined the Thunderbird Lodge (No longer standing, but it was a large 45 room Route 66 oasis complete with pools and patios). The Ranch Kitchen served steaks, Italian, and American favorites. The restaurant is under development again, but in the mean time we get to enjoy the fantastic horses and signage. The sign doesn't currently light up but is a great Route 66 feature, especially with the unique turquoise horses below.
